RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
All diving experiences or courses with Medusas Dive are exclusive and require reservation .
In order to maintain our commitment to all clients, Medusas Dive operates a strict reservation and cancellation policy .
Reservation policies and payment methods
To guarantee the reservation we request a deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation, the rest will be charged on the day the activity takes place.
Before starting the activity, payment must be made in full.
Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance .
The payment methods for the 30% deposit through the website are debit/ credit card and PayPal. If you require another payment method such as bank transfer or cash, please contact us.
The payment methods for the remaining 70% in our facilities are cash in Mexican pesos or American dollars (16MXN exchange rate), debit/ credit card (5% extra), bank transfer or PayPal.
At Medusas Dive we use the photos and videos taken every day to create content on our social networks, so if you do not agree with it, let us know.
Cancellation policies
Cancellation due to weather conditions (port closed) by the Captaincy , if the date of the activity cannot be postponed, a full refund will be applied.
Cancellation due to illness, a written receipt from a doctor will be requested and if rescheduling is not possible, we will issue a refund of 70% of the entire activity not carried out. This applies only to the sick participant.
Arriving late and not notifying it will be considered a no-show and there will be no refund .
If the client shows up under the influence of drugs, alcohol or irrational behavior that endangers him or others, there will be no refund .
If it is proven that the client has lied on their medical registration form, there will be no refund .
Cancellation because the cruise cannot arrive at port or the flight is canceled or delayed. If the date cannot be rescheduled, a full refund will be applied. To do this, it is necessary to notify them in time, from the moment they receive the notification from the cruise or flight.
Cancellation at the request of the client, it will be necessary to notify at least 48 hours in advance to obtain a refund. Refunds for Digital Course Theory Kits and bank fees are not included.
If you need to reschedule the date at the client's request, it will be necessary to notify at least 24 hours in advance .
